Bullock, Lancaster to marry at New Hope

Patsy J. Bullock, of Choudrant, is pleased to announce the engagement and approaching wedding of her daughter Jennifer Leigh Bullock, of Choudrant, to William Michael Lancaster, of Ruston.

The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Jerry M. Bullock and granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter Reece Gay, of Kentwood, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Clarence Bullock, of Choudrant.

Jennifer is a graduate of Downsville High and the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She is employed as a pharmacist at St. Francis Medical Center.

Sadlers celebrate 50 years of marriage

Jerry Dean and Martha Lynn Thompson Sadler, of Choudrant, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple was married on March 31, 1961.

The couple has five children — Bryan Sadler and wife Kathy, of West Monroe; Jeff Sadler and wife Maria, of Fort Worth, Texas; Donald Sadler and wife Carol, of Elizabethtown, N.C.; Ronald Sadler and wife Stacy, of Calhoun; and Jennifer Sadler Smith and husband Jamie, of Downsville.

Milner, Hearne exchange vows

Bethany Renea Milner, of Choudrant, and Jacob Ryan Hearne, of Ruston, were married in 6 p.m. ceremony on March 5 at Douglas United Methodist Church.
The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Reginald Colvin.

The bride is the daughter of Bobby and Barbara Milner, of Choudrant. She is the granddaughter of JoAnn Pilcher, of Choudrant, and the late Bobby M. Milner, Billyee Hogan, of Choudrant, and the late L.C. Hogan.
