TIGER DRIVE DRAINAGE will be received by the LINCOLN PARISH SCHOOL BOARD, Ruston, Louisiana, in the Board Meeting Room of the Lincoln Parish School Board office, 410 South Farmerville Street, Ruston, Louisiana, until 2:00 P.M., local time, on Thursday, April 28, 2016.
No proposals will be received after this hour or date. On this date and specified time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Sealed bids for the following project will be received by the Purchasing Department of the City of Ruston, Louisiana, located at Ruston Public Works Complex, Public Works Administration Building, 701 East Tennessee Avenue, Ruston, Louisiana 71270, either by mail or hand delivery, no later than 10:00 A.M. local time on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in the office of the Purchasing Agent. Bids received after the 10:00 A.M. deadline will be returned via certified mail to the bidder unopened.

Woodards celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

Paul and Judy Woodard, of Simsboro, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday. The couple was married April 8, 1966 at The First Methodist Church, of West Monroe. They lived in Lincoln Parish all but two years of their marriage.

Both were employed by The Lincoln Parish School Board.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT FOR COOKTOWN ROAD TURN LANE WATER MAIN RELOCATION
WHEREAS, the City desires to construct the improvements identified as Cooktown Road Turn Lane Water Main Relocation Project, (the “Project”), pursuant to design plans and specifications prepared by Riley Company of Louisiana, Inc., project engineers (“Engineers”); and,
