Incarcerating citizens gets costly

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, who has spent more time out of the state campaigning to be president than he has in the state, is the classic example of a bean counter who only sees numbers and never sees the people who make it possible for him to count the beans. Louisiana is a wonderful state.
