Keagle, Bump married at Temple Baptist Church
Crystal Briana Bump, of Ruston, and Christopher Thomas Keagle, of Baton Rouge, were united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. April 16 at Temple Baptist Church in Ruston.
The ceremony was officiated by Associate Pastor Dale Oden.
Crystal is the daughter of Bill and Linda Bump, of Farmerville, and Tommy and Melanie-Colvin Garrison, of Ruston. She is the granddaughter of the late Earl V. Bump, the late Mary Rose Bump, the late James Allen Colvin, Sr., and the late Jackie S. Moix.
Chris is the son of Scott and Suzanne Keagle, of Baton Rouge. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Carleton Sweeney, of Baton Rouge, Mrs. Martha Gaugler, of El Paso, Texas, and the late Thomas Earl Keagle.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a Couture gown of Silk Dupioni designed by Enzoani, from Azarue’s. The chic strapless bodice was created by twisted, asymmetrical rouching throughout the fitted silhouette. Couture detailed silk rosettes with lace appliquie’ adorned the gown which floated into a dramatic bustled skirt and chapel train. Her veil extended to chapel length and was encircled with Swarovski crystals. She carried a handheld bouquet, created by Lauren Roebuck Designs, consisting of white calla lilies, white spray roses, white hydrangeas, white peonies, ivory tulips, white freesia, ivory stock, accented with lemon leaf greenery underneath bouquet and wrapped with white ribbon.
Sarah Elawadi, of Ruston, served as matron of honor. Casey Arehart, of Shreveport, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Christine Cacciola, of Shreveport; Hillery Bradshaw, of Ruston; Angelina Walker, of Shreveport; Paige Bowers, of Ruston; Jenny Brandt, of Ruston; Jennie Walters, of El Dorado, Ark.; Makenzie Moore and Mallory Moore, both of Harrison, Arkansas. The bridesmaids wore floor length, strapless fit-n-flare gowns of eggplant satin by Alexia, from Hers Bridal. The black lace bodice of Alencon lace featured a scalloped neckline. The bridesmaids carried a handheld bouquet consisting of peach spray roses, hot pink nerine lilies, lime green hypericum berries, eggplant purple moon carnations, greenery and wrapped with black satin ribbon.
Blakeley Blair Keagle served as the flower girl. She carried a ball made of lime green buttons with a white satin loop.
Scott Keagle, of Baton Rouge, served as best man. Groomsmen were Cameron Keagle, Matthew Laborde and Adam Roussel, all of Baton Rouge; Anthony Crosby, of Boston, Mass.; Brad Oestriecher, of Metairie; Bryan Farr, of Atlanta, Ga.; Danny Horwedel, of Oakridge, Tenn.; Nolan Darby, of Ruston; and Ross Jenkins, of Portalice, New Mexico. Ushers were Brian Bump, Thomas Graham and Ben Harris, all of Ruston, and Cade Glascow, of Pflougerville, Texas.
Guest book and program attendants were Whitney Johnson and Lauren Lee, both of Ruston.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Francis Grafton. The scripture reader was James Allen Colvin Jr., uncle of the bride.
Following the wedding ceremony, a reception catered by L & L Catering was held at The Norton Building. The bride’s cake was provided by Heather Bailey, Social Bites of Ruston. The Groom’s cake was provided by Annette Murphy. Photography was provided by Kasey Stringer Photography. Music for the reception was provided by Brandon Crume.

A bridal shower was held Feb. 12 at The Norton Building. Hostesses were Sarah Elawadi, Casey Arehart, Christine Cacciola, Hillery Bradshaw, Angelina Walker, Paige Bowers, Jenny Brandt and Jennie Walters.
A miscellaneous couples shower and dinner were held Feb. 26 at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Vernon Valentino, of Lafayette. Hosts were Dr. and Mrs. Valentino.
A lingerie shower and bachelorette weekend hosted by the bridesmaids were held the weekend of March 18 – 20 in Shreveport.
A rehearsal dinner hosted by the groom’s parents was held April 15 at the Portico in Ruston.
A bridal brunch was held April 16 at the home of Lawrence and Alice Higginbotham. Hostesses were Alice Higginbotham and Lauren Lee.
The couple will reside in Ruston.
