NOTICE HENRY A. CRAWFORD
Pursuant to and order of the Third District Court for the Parish of Lincoln in the matter of In Re: Brown & Sons Realty, L.L.C., Docket No. 54,477, Third Judicial District Court, Parish of Lincoln, State of Louisiana, dated July 16, 2010, it was ordered as follows: WHEREAS, Brown & Sons Realty, L.L.C., by act passed before Susan Roberts, recorded on May 24, 2004, COB 1160, Page 55 of the official records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, purchased property at tax sale from the Lincoln Parish Sheriff and Ex-Officio Tax Collector, Wayne Houck, Louisiana adjudicated to the political subdivision for unpaid property taxes for the year 2003. WHEREAS, Brown & Sons Realty, L.L.C. has applied to this Court for a Monition or advertisement, in conformity with R.S. 47:2271 et seq. THEREFORE, in the name of the State of Louisiana and Third Judicial District Court for the Parish of Lincoln, all interested persons are cited and admonished to show cause within sixty (60) days from the date on which this monition is first advertised, why grounds exist for nullity under the provisions of Chapter 5, Subtitle III of Title 47 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
