Schuh, Elmore marry in Plano
Jennifer Paige Elmore, of Plano, Texas, and Joel Robert Schuh, of Plano, Texas, were married in a 4 p.m. ceremony on April 16 at St. Andrew United Methodist Church of Plano.
The ceremony was officiated by Rev. Arthur Jones.
Jennifer is the daughter of Bill and Norma Elmore, of Ruston. She is the granddaughter of Richard F. Cox, of Ruston, the late Velma Cox, the late Marvin and Jettie Elmore.
The groom is the son of John and Judy Schuh, of Lake Dallas, Texas. He is the grandson of Juanita Tate, of Ardmore, Okla., and he is the grandson of the late John and Ruth Schuh and the late Charles and Tuila Weese.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a lace couture gown with a sweetheart neckline by Casablanca.
The maid of honor was Lori Elmore, of Dallas, and serving as bridesmaids were Bonnie Bruce, of Plano, Crissy Hayes, of Frisco, Texas, Lauren Hilton, of Irving, Texas, Amy Swiney, of Dallas, and Vanessa Walker, of Saginaw, Texas.
The bridesmaids wore a custom made one-shoulder tea-length dress in magenta.
Serving as best man for the ceremony was Jeremy Ballanco, of Orlando, Fla. Groomsmen for the wedding were J. Schuh, of Lake Highlands, Texas, Kyle Thomas, of Dallas, Ray Yrerskey, Houston, and Todd Woolrey, of Austin, Texas.
Ushers for the wedding were Oliver Castle, of Frisco, Texas, Justin Stone, Pennsylvania, and Eric Huss, of Denver.
Emily Schuh, of Lake Highlands, Texas, served as flower girl for the ceremony. Benjamin Schuh, of Lake Highlands, Texas, served as ring bearer for the ceremony.
Other participants for the wedding were Laurie Reed, of Waco, Texas, Kristina Maxwell, of Richardson, Texas, Laura Gilham, of Plano, Texas, and Kara Crain, of Monroe.
Music for the wedding was provided by Sarah Ford and Bradley Rezenchik. The reception was at Gleneagles Country Club in Plano. An Italian buffet was served at the reception. The wedding cake was amaretto and the groom’s cake was themed in Texas Tech, made of mocha chocolate.
A rehearsal dinner was held in the couple’s honor at the Cantina Laredo, in Dallas. It was hosted by the groom’s parents.
The couple honeymooned in Napa Valley, Calif., before returning to Plano where they will reside.
