Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, June 22, 2011 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
Township 18 North, range 2 West, Ruston, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. Section 19: Begin at the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of said Section 19, and run thence North 89 degrees 19 minutes 38 seconds West for a distance of 604.90 feet; thence run North 00 degrees 06 minutes 27 seconds East for a distance of 173.06 feet, and to the point of beginning. From said point of beginning, thence run North 89 degrees 46 minutes 34 seconds West along the existing fence for a distance of 69.26 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 44 minutes 38 seconds West for a distance of 60.0 feet and to a fence corner; thence run North 00 degrees 29 minutes 38 seconds West along the existing fence for a distance of 120.0 feet; thence run North 17 degrees 34 minutes 22 seconds East for a distance of 23.22 feet; thence run North 00 degrees 38 minutes 18 seconds West along an existing chain link fence for a distance of 119.26 feet, and to a 3/8 inch iron rod set on the South right-of-way line of McDonald Avenue; thence run North 86 degrees 34 minutes 27 seconds East along the South right-of-way line of McDonald Avenue for a distance of 125.34 feet; thence run South along an existing old fence and existing chain link fence for a distance of 165.0 feet; thence run South 00 degrees 06 minutes 27 seconds West for a distance of 104.41 feet, and back to the point of beginning, containing 0.775 acre, more or less.
Seized as the property of defendants John E. Deinert and Johnnie R. Deinert and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 13th day of May, 2011.
