Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, June 1, 2011 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of said Section 19, and run thence North for a distance of 130.43 feet; thence run West for a distance of 965.95 feet, and to an existing wooden fence post set on the apparent South right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 80, and to the starting point. From said starting point, thence, leaving the South right-of-way line of said highway, run South 02 degrees 38 minutes 18 seconds West along an existing fence for a distance of 157.19 feet, and to a cross tie fence post; thence run South 89 degrees 31 minutes 21 seconds West along an existing fence for a distance of 170.79 feet, and to a 1/2 inch iron pipe set in the centerline of a creek branch; thence, leaving said fence, run North 18 degrees 55 minutes 15 seconds West along the centerline of said creek branch for a distance of 208.97 feet, and to a metal “T” post set on the apparent South right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 80; thence run South 80 degrees 55 minutes 47 seconds East along the South right-of-way line of said highway for a distance of 248.89 feet, and back to the point of beginning, containing 0.835 acre, more or less.
Seized as the property of defendants Rodney Cobb, Et Al Nanette Forrestier Cobb and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 22nd day of April, 2011.
