Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, July 13, 2011, beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 2 of Block 53 of Dabney’s Subdivision, to the Town of Ruston, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, pursuant to the plat and map of said subdivision on file and of record in the Office of the Clerk of Court of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, and run thence East along the South line of said Lot 2 for a distance of 100 feet and to the point of beginning. From said point of beginning continue East along the South line of said Lot 2 for a distance of 160 feet; thence run North along a fence and parallel with Vernon Street for a distance of 137 feet and to an iron stake; thence run West parallel with the South boundary of said Lot 2 for a distance of 152.5 feet and to an iron stake; thence run South 03 degrees 08 minutes West for a distance of 137.205 feet and back to the point of beginning, said property being subject to a predial servitude described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of said Lot 2 and run thence East along the South line of said Lot 2 for a distance of 156 feet and to the point of beginning. From said point of beginning, continue thence East along the South line of said Lot 2 for a distance of 14 feet; thence run North 03 degrees 18 minutes East for a distance of 137.205 feet; thence run West parallel to the South line ofsaid Lot 2 for a distance of 14 feet; thence run South 03 degrees 08 minutes West for a distance of 137.205 feet and back to the point of beginning; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
Seized as the property of defendant Rhonda L. Knox aka Rhonda Knox and will be sold to satisfy said writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 3rd day of June, 2011.
