GRAMBLING — As a Super Bowl MVP quarterback for the Washington Redskins, Grambling State University football coach Doug Williams has always found a comfort zone in our nation’s capital.

So Williams felt right at home earlier this week as he was honored with the Thomas Gardiner Corcoran Award at the 30th Annual Athletes Dinner Awards presented by The University Club of Washington D.C.
