Why start running?

Why run? People start running for many different reasons. Some people are looking for a new challenge in their lives. Some people are inspired by the accomplishments of others. Some people want to lose weight, increase physical endurance, and improve their health. Other people use running as an outlet in their lives to reduce stress, get over a tough situation or have “me” time. No matter what your motivation is to begin running know that anyone can run.
