Submitted photo Ruston High School head track and field coach Dave Anderson had two of his girls’ team members participated in the recent USATF Southern Association Championships in Baton Rouge, where Ali Brasuell (left) finished No. 1 in the young women’s division and Kristen Clark was the champion for the intermediate girls’ category.

Ruston High School’s track and field program is continuing a strong tradition for making a big mark in the javelin-throwing event.
