Over 100 students to merge into regular system

Students at the Lincoln Parish Career Academy had their first ever Career Fair during the 2010-11 school year.

Students at the Lincoln Parish Career Academy and Lincoln Center will find themselves back in a standard classroom in the fall.

During Tuesday night’s regularly scheduled Lincoln Parish School Board meeting, Donna Doss, school improvement and accountability coordinator, revealed that alternative schools will now be held accountable in the same way as other schools because of a recent decision by the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.
