(Last week I began a series concerning what some call planning for the end or “estate planning.” I prefer to call this “life planning.” After all, these concepts are a part of a different stage of life. I cannot overemphasize that these types of considerations should not be handled using boilerplate forms. We ended the discussion last week commencing a discussion of the reasons for possibly executing a last will and testament.)
