Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, August 10, 2011, beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
Township 18 North, Range 2 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. Beginning at the intersection of the South of line of the Southeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 and the centerline of Liner Street, and thence run North along the centerline of Liner Street for a distance of 550 feet, and to the starting point. From said starting point, continue to run North along the centerline of Liner Street for a distance of 175 feet; thence run East for a distance of 420 feet, more or less, and to the centerline of East Street, thence run South along the centerline of East Street for a distance of 175 feet; thence run West for a distance of 420 feet, more or less, and back to the point of beginning; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
Seized as the property of defendant Joe M. Williams and Carolyn A. Williams and will be sold to satisfy said writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash without benefit of appraisement. This 1st day of July, 2011.
