There was discussion on Monday morning before the Lincoln Parish School Board voted to go into executive session at a special-called meeting.

The meeting was held to discuss pending litigation in the case United States of America v. Lincoln Parish School Board, which was originally filed in the 1960s. The public meeting lasted for 20 minutes, but school board members were in executive session from approximately 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
