The owner of this property is seeking a zoning change from Industrial to B-2 Light Business.

The Planning and Zoning Commission recently took action on a few property cases that will come before Ruston Board of Aldermen in September.

One case is an application for rezoning from Superior Storage’s Reg Shurling, owner of the old Holsum Bread building on U.S. Highway 167 South and the warehouse behind it at 104 King Ave.
