Hot Frozen Cheese Sandwiches
Growing up in North Louisiana, Melissa Wiygul can fondly remember one thing — cooking.
“I love to cook,” she said. “My great-grandmother, though I never met her, is where my love of cooking came from.”
Melissa said her great-grandmother, for whom she was named, would cook constantly and was known around town for her cooking.
“She would cook for all the hands on their farm,” Melissa said. “Plus anyone who was hungry and wanted to stop by. She was a great cook. You know that good southern food biscuits and ham, meat and potatoes — everyone loved her cooking.”
