Every loss hurts a coaching staff and their players, but Louisiana Tech University’s 35-34 loss to Houston last weekend might have reached new boundaries.

“It’s pretty near the top,” answered Bulldogs’ Head Coach Sonny Dykes when asked at his weekly media luncheon Monday where this setback ranks on his career frustration meter. “You ask yourself how in the word did they wind up winning a game like that?”
