Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, October 19, 2011 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:

Section 20: Starting at the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 and run East for a distance of 660 feet, thence South to the North right of way of U.S. Highway No. 80 a distance of 1850.5 feet, thence North 83 degrees 00 minutes West along said right of way line of said Highway to the West line of the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 20, thence North to starting point a distance of 1769.5 feet. Less and except a certain tract or parcel of land situated in the Parish of Lincoln, state of Louisiana and in the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 20, township 18 North, range 2 West, Louisiana Meridiem, the boundary lines of which tract or more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point which marks the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 20 and running thence South 89 degrees 43 minutes 25 seconds East along the section line between sections 17 and 20 a distance of 675.88 feet to a point, thence South 0 degrees 06 minutes West along the common property line between the vendor and Ruston stock yard, inc., a distance of 46.15 feet to a point thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds West, parallel to and 150 feet distant in a Southerly direction from the proposed centerline of the interstate Highway. State Project No. 740-00-27, a distance of 675.85 feet to a point on the 10-line between the Northwest quarter and Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of section 20, thence North 0 degrees 04 minutes East along said 40-line a distance of 52.26 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.763 acres. Less and except a certain tract or parcel of land situated in the Parish of Lincoln, State of Louisiana, and starting at the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 and run East for a distance of 660.00 feet, thence South to the North right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 80 a distance of 1850.50 feet, thence along the North right of way of U.S. Highway No. 80 a distance of 257.04 feet to the point of beginning, thence North 00 degrees, 37 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 532.00 feet; thence North 83 degrees, 16 minutes, 18 seconds, West a distance of 451.24 feet; thence South 00 degrees, 37 minutes, 40 seconds, East a distance 532.00 feet; thence South 83 degrees, 16 minutes, 18 seconds, East a distance of 150.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 37 minutes, 40 seconds East a distance of 200.01 feet to the North right-of-way of U.S. Highway 80; thence South 83 degrees, 16 minutes, 18 seconds, East a distance of 151.04 feet to the point of beginning containing 6.2 acres more or less.
Seized as the property of defendant The Biltmore Group of Louisiana, L.L.C., Format Capital Corporation and Senior Retirement Communities, Inc. and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 9th day of September, 2011.
