Lincoln Parish Park saw a permanent addition open up to the public Saturday afternoon. Legacy Park, a new playground that features equipment accessible to all children, including those with special needs, held a “soft” opening. The project, which has been in the works for around two years, has been funded by a mixture of community donations and a grant from the Lincoln Health Foundation.
