Local adoptive parents strive to let community know of orphans

While many spend their time, effort and money on supporting breast cancer awareness in October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, very few follow up in November to help fix another problem that is prevalent no matter where you turn on the planet — orphans.

November is National Adoption Awareness Month, and with approximately 143 million orphans worldwide, adoptive parents are critical to helping solve a problem that will only continue to grow as time passes.
