When traveling through Ruston, one is sure to find an array of all kinds of foods to eat. The menu may not be as grandiose as one a New Orleans or a Dallas-sized town would have, but for a college town full of plenty of loyal community members, there are a few places where appetites of all shapes and sizes can be fulfilled.

Area residents looking for a little more variety, creativity and freshness have been in luck over the past few months, as 102 A Bistro has been hard at work changing their menu and their product. This change is all thanks to the restaurant’s new chef, Ryan Spruhan, who has been working since July to find better, local products to serve in his dishes at 102.
