Three sentenced in Monroe
Also sentenced Friday was Lynn Sikes, who was convicted in the January trial. Sikes was found guilty on one count of conspiracy and bank fraud. He was found innocent on four counts of mail fraud.
A fourth defendent, Suzanne Stuckey, was also found guilty during the January trial. Her sentencing will be held at a later date because her attorney could not be in court Friday.
Stuckey, a former assistant comptroller at one of the dealerships, was found guilty of four counts of mail fraud, conspiracy and making false statements to a federal agent.
