This past week has left some sports fans curled up in a corner and crying for their mom.
For starters, Joe Paterno is no longer the head coach at Penn State. I, for one, never thought I would write those words. I mean, it’s Joe Paterno. This man has been at the school longer than I’ve been alive. He has been at the school since 1966 when Lyndon B. Johnson was the U.S. President.
Forty-five years at the same job is a feat within itself, especially in America where people change jobs regularly.
