Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, December 7, 2011, beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
A 7.01 acre tract of land located in the Northwest 1/4 of Southwest 1/4, Section 16, Township 19 North, Range 4 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a 3/4 inch pipe for the Northwest corner of Northwest 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 at the South right-of-way of Lincoln Parish Road #24, this 3/4 inch pipe being the Northwest corner and the point of beginning of said 7.01 acre tract, thence East 1174.24 feet along said right-of-way to a 5/8 inch rod for the Northeast corner, thence South 275.25 feet to a 5/8 inch rod for the Southeast corner, thence West 634.24 feet to a 5/8 inch rod for a corner, thence North 33.25 feet to a 5/8 inch rod for a corner, thence West 540.00 feet to a 5/8 inch rod for the Southwest corner at a fence line, thence North 242.00 feet along fence to a 3/4 inch pipe for the Northwest corner and the point of beginning. AND A 12.74 acre tract of land located in the Northeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4, Section 16, Township 19 North, Range 4 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a 5/8 inch rod for the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4, thence South 242.77 feet to a 5/8 inch rod for the Northwest corner and the point of beginning of said 12.74 acre tract, thence South 63 degrees 54 minutes 09 seconds East 348.76 feet to a 5/8 inch rod at the West right-of-way of Lincoln Parish Road #2 for the Northeast corner, thence South 31 degrees 00 minutes 04 seconds East 179.03 feet along said right-of-way to a 5/8 inch rod for corner, thence South 44 degrees 09 minutes 37 seconds East 581.80 feet along said right-of-way to a 5/8 inch rod, thence South 45 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds West 505.79 feet to a 5/8 inch rod for a corner, thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 42 seconds West 448.50 feet to a 5/8 inch rod for the Southwest corner, thence North 1077.23 feet to a 5/8 inch rod for the Northwest corner and the point of beginning. AND Commencing at a 5/8 inch iron rod at the South right-of-way of Lincoln Parish Highway #24, for the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/3, Section 16, Township 19 North, Range 4 West, and the Northwest corner and point of beginning of said 1.69 acre tract, thence East 185 feet along the South right-of-way line of Lincoln Parish Highway #24, to a 5/8 inch rod for the Northeast corner at the intersection of Lincoln Parish Highway #24 and #2, thence South 17 degrees 09 minutes 39 seconds East 366.23 feet along the West right-of-way if Highway #2, to a 5/8 inch iron rod for corner at a curve point, thence South 23 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds East 50.45 feet along said right-of-way to a 5/8 inch rod for the Southeast corner of tract, thence North 63 degrees 54 minutes 09 seconds West 348.76 feet to a 5/8 inch rod for the Southwest corner, thence North 242.77 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod for the Northwest corner and the point of beginning.
Seized as the property of defendant Earthnet Laboratories Inc., Et Al and will be sold to satisfy said writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 28th day of October, 2011.
