Lincoln ACHIEVE recently sponsored several competitions in partnership with the local Veterans of Foreign Wars post.
Students across the district were invited to participate in patriotic-themed contests that included an elementary coloring event, middle grades “Patriot’s Pen” essay competition and high school “Voice of Democracy” speech/essay opportunity.
Winners at the middle grade and high school levels won cash prizes from ACHIEVE for their outstanding efforts.
