Twelve students to perform at Carnegie Hall
Twelve Ruston High School students have been selected for the 2012 American High School Honors Performance Series at Carnegie Hall. Participation in the Honors Orchestra, Honors Band and Honors Choir is limited to the highest rated high school performers from across North America and select international schools.
RHS Choir Director Mindy Martin said this is the largest number of students from any one school to be chosen for the honor choir. Acceptance to the elite group is a direct result of the talent, dedication and achievements demonstrated in each student’s application and audition recording.
