Keeping New Year’s resolutions
New Years resolutions — It seems everyone I know has made one yet they are quite outlandish and fall to the wayside very quickly.
I must admit I usually fall into this category as well, making resolutions like going to the gym five days a week, knowing I don’t have the time or the energy. But nonetheless, many of us still make these resolutions with the hopes of making a better us.
So here is my resolution this year — to just be happier.
With the holidays behind us everyone can take this time to breathe and reflect back at the good times they had in the previous year.
