Writing doesn’t exist in vacuum
I, too, have succumbed to the world-wide fixation on the Internet and the instant communication it provides. I mingle in a few online forums and have two journals.
Recently I have watched from my home computer as users of said forums and journals take personal disagreements they have with others to the public.
And I don’t mean just telling a few of their online buddies in the seeming privacy of an Instant Message. They posted their comments on Web sites hundreds, maybe thousands, of users see.
So what’s the problem?
It’s a free country, right?
