Strive to be healthier in 2012
Many people started out their year with resolutions, which I decided not to do. I’ve broken too many already in my short life to depend on a New Year’s promise to keep me motivated.
I am, however, continuing the journey I began years ago to become healthier.
Sure, lots of people have lost lots of weight in the several years I’ve been working on it.
However, the truth is that studies say the majority of people who lose weight put it back on.
