While notions of Louisiana Tech University merging with the Louisiana State University System have echoed throughout North Louisiana in years past, Friday morning saw the roles reversed as a new study

conducted revealed potential news of a possible merger between LSU-Shreveport and Tech.
In front of a standing room only crowd at University Hall, higher education consultants Eva Klein and Associates presented a three-month study focusing on what can be done to help educational opportunities for the underserved in Northwest Louisiana.
