Passion for food began at early age
At the age of 46, Monique Johnson’s passion for cooking hasn’t fallen to the wayside.
“I first started cooking when I was 21,” she said. “But my passion for food goes way back. My grandmother used to bake cakes of all different kinds and at the age of 12 I started helping her.”
At such a young age, Monique said she was intrigued by her grandmother’s baking.
