Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, May 2, 2012 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST LINCOLN PARISH, LOUISIANA COMMENCING AT AN EXISTING METAL “T” POST SET AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 6, AND RUN THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 46 MINUTES 17 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 6 FOR A DISTANCE OF 328.93 FEET, AND TO A 3/8THS INCH REBAR, THENCE, LEAVING THE SECTION LINE, RUN NORTH FOR A DITANCE OF 1335.35 FEET, AND TO A RAILROAD SPIKE SET IN THE CENTERLINE OF PLEZ ROAD (FORMERLY LINCOLN PARISH ROAD NO. 508); THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 40 MINUTES 14 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF SAID ROAD FOR A DISTANCE OF 323.55 FEET, AND TO A RAILROAD SPIKE SET ON THE EAST LINE OF THE SW 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 6; THENCE, LEAVING THE CENTERLINE OF SAID ROAD, RUN SOUTH 00 DEREES 13 MINUTES 37 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF THE SAID SW 1/4, AND ALONG AN EXISTING WHITE PAINTED LINE, FOR A DISTANCE OF 1,334.81 FEET, AND BACK TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAING 10 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND BEING MORE FULLY INDENTIFIED AS TRACT NO 8 ON THE PLAT OF SURVEY PREPARED BY WILLIAM T. LOWE, RLS, A COPY OF WHICH IS ATTACHED TO ACT OF CASH SALE DEED RECORDED IN CONVEYANCE BOOK 711 AT PAGE 214, RECORDS OF THE CLERK OF COURT OF LINCOLN PARISH, LOUISIANA. (MUNICIPAL ADDRESS - 463 PLEZ ROAD, CHOUDRANT, LOUISIANA 71227)
Seized as the property of defendants David Ray Cedotal and Shirley Causey Cedotal and will be sold to satisfy said writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash without benefit of appraisement. This 23rd day of March, 2012.
