Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, June 27, 2012 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
A certain tract of land containing 3.33 acres, more or less, and being situated in the NW 1/4 of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 4 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, said tract being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a 5/8” rebar at the Northwest corner of said Section 26, and thence proceed S 00š 26’ 30” E along the west line of Section 26 for a distance of 1339.82 feet to a railroad spike and the Point of Beginning of the tract herein described; thence, leaving said section line, proceed East for a distance of 27.20 feet to a point in an existing fence; thence proceed N 82š 54’ 39” E along said fence for a distance of 45.25 feet; thence proceed N 88š 01’ 41” E along said fence for a distance of 401.39 feet; thence proceed N 89š 41’ 36” E for a distance of 75.54 feet to a 5/8” rebar; thence proceed South for a distance of 391.47 feet to a 5/8” rebar on the northeasterly right-of-way of U.S. Highway 80, said call being to said right-of-way notwithstanding the actual distance thereto; thence proceed N 66š 31’ 15” W, or more particularly along said right-of-way, for a distance of 597.07 feet to a railroad spike on the west line of Section 26; thence proceed N 00š 26’ 30” W along the west line of Section 26 for a distance of 133.83 feet to the Point of Beginning, said tract being subject to any servitudes and rights-of-way thereon and/or of record; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property. That certain manufactured home/mobile situated on the above described property, being a 2007 Southern Homes SS Series- DW, Model No. SS9805, Serial No. DSDAL48979 A/B, which said manufactured home/mobile home was immobilized pursuant to Affavit if Immobilization dated April 12, 2007 and filed for record as Instrument No. F83856 of the records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana.
Seized as the property of defendant Jeremy Lamar Franklin and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash without benefit of appraisement. This 18th day of May, 2012.
