Head coaches on teams that won 19 games each and made it into the Louisiana High School Athletic Association playoffs and four players who received All-State recognition from the Louisiana Sports Writers Association are the headliners on the 2012 All-Lincoln Parish diamond teams announced by the Ruston Daily Leader.

Jonathan Hood of Simsboro in baseball and Julie Riser of Cedar Creek in softball are Coach of the Year recipients after leading their squads to 19 wins each and to postseason competition for Class B and Class 1A, respectively.
