Project Owner: Pecan Villa Senior Housing Limited Partnership
Project Name: Pecan Villa Senior Housing
Project Address: 611 S. Bonner Street, Ruston, LA
Total Units: 60 Unit Multi-Family Apartments (1 Bedroom Units)
The project owner is proposing the rehabilitation of a 60 unit Multi-Family Senior Apartment development. The development will consist of a community facility and supportive services which will be available for the tenants. The applicant is applying for a reservation of 9% LIHTC’s from the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency.
The total estimated development cost is $ 8,000,000. The development will be funded with private financing and equity proceeds from the sale of Low Income Housing Tax Credits and other financing provided from the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency as follows (Amounts are estimated):
