You would think it would be hard to get excited about an event that happens only once every four years, but I found things to be quite the opposite Friday night as I sat through countless hours of the 2012 XXX Olympic Games Opening Ceremony.

From the queen’s “skydive” to the ceremony with current James Bond actor Daniel Craig to the parade of athletes from the more than 200 nations participating in the parade, I just couldn’t take my eyes off of the screen.
