Have you ever lost a loved one? A mother perhaps. I lost my mother about three weeks ago, and the pain is just as sharp today as it was then. How does one cope with the loss of one’s mother?

First, you must have time to grieve. Everyone grieves differently. You must not let it bottle up inside. That is not good for your family, friends or coworkers. It is especially not good for you. Let your grief be comforted by trust. Besides, it’s only for a while that you must part, so bless the memories within your heart.
