Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, October 24, 2012 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
A certain lot or parcel of land lying in Section 30, Township 19 North, Range 1 West, Lincoln Parish Louisiana containing 2.974 acres, more or less, more particularly described as follows: Commence at a concrete monument found marking the Northwest corner of said Section 30, Township 19 North, Range 1 West, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana; thence run North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along the North side of said Section 30, for a distance of 1338.79 feet to the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of Northwest quarter (NW1/4 of NW 1/4), said Section 30 and also being the Northwest corner of that certain parcel of land now owned by Shelton Wayne Goforth and Debra Pylant Goforth as per deed of record in the conveyance book 982, page 53, records of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana; thence continue North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along the North side of said Section 30, for a distance of 874.92 feet to a 3/4” iron pipe located on a fence corner, and being the point of beginning; thence from said point of beginning continue North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along the North side of said Section 30, for a distance of 242.71 feet to a 3/4” iron pipe located on a fence thence run South 23 degrees 07 minutes 23 seconds East along said fence and it’s Southeasterly projection thereof, for a distance of 413.55 feet to a cotton spindle located in the center of New Hope Road; thence run South 83 degrees 39 minutes 26 seconds West along the center of said Road, for a distance of 394.64 feet to a cotton spindle, thence run North 01 degree 44 minutes 31 seconds West, after leaving said road being more or less along a fence, for a distance of 424.12 feet to the point of beginning and being subject to the right-of-way of said New Hope Road and also being subject to the rights-of-way of all existing utilities of record or of use and being further shown by a plat prepared by Mason Surveying, Inc., West Monroe, Louisiana.
Seized as the property of defendant Patrick James Russell Aka Patrick J. Russell Aka Patrick Russell and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash without benefit of appraisement. This 14th day of September, 2012.
