“It is important that this generation understands why the constitution was put together and have the same kind of rational appreciation as the founders themselves had,” explained James W. Ceaser, professor of politics at the University of Virginia.

At the Louisiana Tech University Constitution Day lecture that took place in the Howard Auditorium on Thursday, Ceaser served as the guest speaker. The theme was titled, “The Ties That Bind: What We Feel For Our Constitution.”
