Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of the Honorable Third Judicial District Court in the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale at public auction, at the principal front door of the Court House in Ruston, Lincoln Parish, LA, between the hours governing judicial sales on WEDNESDAY, October 31, 2012 beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property situated in Lincoln Parish, LA, to wit:
Township 18 North, Range 2 West, Ruston, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. A tract of land containing 1.616 acres, more or less, and being situated in NW/4 of the SW/4, described as follows: Commencing at a 5/8 inch rebar monumenting the Northwest corner of said NW/4 of SW/4, as per survey by the Riley Company of Louisiana, dated June 29, 2007, and run thence South 00 degrees 08 minutes 34 seconds West along the Westerly boundary of that particular 54.87 acre tract described in Conveyance Book 1231 at Page 430 of the records of the Clerk of Court of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, for a distance of 330 feet, and to a 5/8 inch rebar set in place per the aforementioned survey of the Riley Company of Louisiana, Inc., thence run South 89 degrees 59 minutes 55 seconds East along the South boundary of the aforesaid 54.87 acre tract for a distance of 459.12 feet, and to a 5/8 inch rebar for the point of beginning, From said point of beginning, thence run North 12 degrees 02 minutes 16 seconds West for a distance of 160 feet, and to a 5/8 inch rebar, thence run South 89 degrees 59 minutes 55 seconds East for a distance of 450 feet, and to a 5/8 inch rebar set on the Westerly right of way of Commerce Street, as described in Conveyance Book 1165 at page 482, of the records of the Clerk of Court of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, thence run South 12 degrees, 01 minutes 56 seconds East along the Westerly right of way of Commerce Street for a distance of 160 feet, and to 5/8 inch rebar, set at the Southeast corner of the aforementioned 54.87 acre tract, thence, leaving the said right of way, run, North 89 degrees 59 minutes 55 seconds West along the South line of the aforesaid 54.87 acre tract, for a distance of 450 feet, and back to the point of beginning.
Seized as the property of defendants Antioch Enterprises Inc, Kenneth G. Young and Joseph H. Coleman, Jr. and will be sold to satisfy writ and all cost. Terms of sale cash with benefit of appraisement. This 21st day of September, 2012.
