Right here before election time, in addition to preparing yourself a “cheat” sheet for a quick exit from the voting booth, you need to read Oklahoma United States Sen. Tom Coburn’s 2012 Waste Book. This should certainly put you in the mood to vote.

This 202-page document contains what Coburn calls “the top 100 examples of outrageously wasteful spending,” by your United States Congress this year. Coburn estimates the total cost of these items to be $19 billion.
