Students recognized for national honor

The Lincoln Parish School Board recognized six students who have been honored on the national level.

Lincoln Parish has four students, all from Ruston High School, who have achieved semifinalist standing in the National Merit Scholarship Program.

Additionally, the parish has two students, who also attend RHS, who have achieved semifinalist status in the National Achievement Scholarship Program, which honors outstanding Black American high school students.
