Marinated Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
• 3 cups English peas
• 1 cup Shoepeg
corn
• 1 jar pimentos
• 1/2 cup celery
• 1/2 cup bell pepper
• 1/2 cup green onionsMarinade
• 1/3 cup oil
• 3/4 cup vinegar
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Directions:
Mix marinade and bring to
a boil. When marinade is
cool, put over vegetable
mixture and put in refrigerator.
It is better if you let
it stand overnight before
serving.

Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients
• 6 sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
• 1 1/2 cups butter
• 1 1/2 cups white sugar
• 3 eggs
