NEW ORLEANS — All university students would sign an anti-hazing commitment if a proactive hazing solution idea is implemented.

During a two-hour, afternoon 2012 Empowerment Exchange: Historically Black Colleges and Universities Institute session, the president of Grambling State University and the President of Southern University System discussed a variety of issues involving student hazing rituals with nationally known analyst and commentator Roland Martin. Both universities have marching bands mandating that members sign such pledges.
