Lewis is pro Hall semifinalist
Will Albert Lewis become the fifth player from Grambling State University to receive football’s ultimate honor?
The Mansfield native who was an all-star defensive back for the Tigers is one of 25 semifinalists to be voted on for the induction Class of 2013 for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
If chosen as an inductee, Lewis would join a legendary group of former Grambling State players to make it to the Canton, Ohio-based shrine.
Previous inductees from GSU Nation include the late Junious “Buck” Buchanan, Willie Davis, Willie Brown and Charlie Joiner.
