GRAMBLING — There were sights to see and snacks to grab as part of the City of Grambling’s annual Christmas celebration on Saturday.

It began with a parade themed “Peace on Earth,” where participants rode vehicles or horses or marched. Among the participants was the jolly old man in red himself, who then settled in at the Grambling Community Center to hear the Christmas wishes of local children.
Resident Gardner Clark, a retired Grambling State University professor, stumbled upon the parade by accident.
