On a recent Friday, I somehow dropped my card holder in the post office parking lot containing my driver’s license, credit card and medical information. I went straight home and it was not until Saturday afternoon at a gas pump in Monroe that I missed it.
I searched carefully to no avail, and called the post office early Monday morning. It had been turned in, but no one knew who had been the Good Samaritan. I can only hope that person will read the paper and accept my deep gratitude and appreciation.
