Yak and Kate’s Red Barn Processing, which is located just over the Union Parish line, offers a variety of ways to process deer and pig meat.

Area hunters have a new place to visit if they need help processing a deer or wild pig.

Anthony Yakaboski, the owner of Yak’s Peaches and Produce, opened up a second business, Yak and Kate’s Red Barn Processing, in October.

The business is located 16 miles north of Ruston, right out in the peach orchard locals have come to love.
